新学期开始的时候，校长把三位老师叫进办公室，告诉他们：“ 根据你们过去的表现，你们是本校最优秀的老师。因此，我们特意挑选了全校最聪明的100名学生，组成三个班让你们教。希望你们能让他们取得更好的成绩。”三位老师都高兴地表示一定尽力。 ➕

Xīn xuéqī kāishǐ de shíhou, xiàozhǎng bǎ sān wèi lǎoshī jiào jìn bàngōngshì, gàosu tāmen: “Gēnjù nǐmen guòqù de biǎoxiàn, nǐmen shì běnxiào zuì yōuxiù de lǎoshī. Yīncǐ, wǒmen tèyì tiāoxuǎn le quánxiào zuì cōngming de yì bǎi míng xuéshēng, zǔchéng sān ge bān ràng nǐmen jiāo. Xīwàng nǐmen néng ràng tāmen qǔdé gèng hǎo de chéngjì.” Sān wèi lǎoshī dōu gāoxìng de biǎoshì yídìng jìnlì.

When the new semester began, the principal called three teachers into his office and told them: “Based on your past performance, you are the best teachers in this school. Therefore, we have specially selected the 100 smartest students in the school and formed three classes for you to teach. We hope you can help them achieve better results.” The three teachers happily said they would do their best.

校长又叮嘱他们，对待这些学生要像平常一样，不要让孩子们或家长知道他们是被特意选出来的。老师们都答应了。一年之后，这三个班的成绩果然排在整个地区的前列。 ➕
