By registering or using any Service provided by HSKCourse, you are agreeing to accept the following terms and conditions which govern access and your use of the website. The terms and conditions shall constitute a legal agreement between you and hskcourse.com with respect to the Services provided through the Web site and shall be binding in all circumstances.

Your Personal Information

When registering an account of hskcourse.com, you will be required to provide personal information including but not limited to your name, username, password and email address.

Your personal information will not be sold or shared with any 3rd parties. Upon signing up on the site, your information will be stored in our system. This contact information will only be used to recover your account once you lost your account or for us to contact you to inform you of important notifications.

Refund policy

For Member Subscriptions:

We do not issue refunds for member subscriptions. This is because we provide free trial access to all premium content — including HSK lessons, grammar exercises, and mock tests — so you can see exactly what the paid content looks like before committing. We strongly encourage you to try all free lessons first and only subscribe once you are fully satisfied.

For Enrolled Students (1-on-1 Tutoring Package Buyers):

We want you to love learning with us. If within the first 14 days since your purchase, you decide we’re not the right fit, we’ll refund 100% of your unused lesson portion. Just let us know.

Lesson Package

Each session is 50 minutes long.

Your package is non-transferable and may not be sold or bartered.

Lessons are charged on attendance basis.

The refund is only available for the first-time subscribed students, not for the renewals.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you cannot attend a booked session, you may cancel or reschedule it from your Student Panel. Changes must be made at least ONE hour before the scheduled start time. After this deadline, the lesson cannot be modified in the system, and one lesson will be deducted from your remaining balance.

Being Late

Class time will not be extended for late arrivals. If a student is late by 30 minutes or more, the session will end and will not be rescheduled or made up.
