Chinese Comparison Sentences with Multiples: Learn how to compare two items using 比 and 是…的 patterns to indicate times larger/smaller or percentages
1 The 比 (bǐ) Comparison Pattern
The basic Chinese comparison uses 比 (bǐ) inserted between the two items being compared. To indicate how much larger or smaller something is, we add a measure of difference (times or percentage) at the end of the sentence.
